The idea for this activity is to create an airplane out of carboard boxes.

The bigger the boxes you have the better.

The children can then use the airplane they create to “fly around the world!”

**The "plane" does not have to be complicated - it can be as simple as cutting some pieces off of a box and coloring it!
**Although we encourage children to be the brains behind the project, we realize cardboard can be difficult to cut-adult’s assistance may be required for things that need to be cut-such as wings for the plane.
