Materials Needed

  • Leaves

  • Open Space

Let's Play!

  • The outdoor game is super simple but will result in lots of giggles while working on motor skills!

  • Have each child playing choose one leaf. On the count of three they must all throw their leaf up high in the air and do their best to catch it. The windier the day, the more difficult it will be!

    • Variation: Have one person throw a big pile of leaves up into the air and children can try and catch as many as possible. **This also works on a windy day when the leaves are really falling from the trees - no tossing needed!
