Cut the paper plate in half

Paint or use a marker to decorate the plate

Trace your child(ren)’s hand on the black construction paper and cut it out. Depending on your child's ability, ask them to cut out the handprint on their own or do it for them.

Attach the handprint (flag) to the craft stick, then attach the stick to the ship using glue!
