Of course this group can't really rake the leaves but they can crawl around and pick them up while also raking with their fingers! (Just make sure they don't get eaten)! You can also rake with them, describing what you are doing!

One year olds (or walking) and up:

Get a mini rake and let your child help you, describe how you move the leaves into a pile! This movement can help them build up arm muscles too!
