Dance is a great way to build up gross motor muscles and burn some serious energy!

Turn on the music and
6 Months +: Dance with your baby in your arms, letting them hold a movement scarf to move around.
9 Months + (or able to sit/pull to stand): Hand them a movement scarf and let them bounce around to the music!
12 Months + (or able to walk unassisted): Encourage them to dance and spin around by showing them how you do. Hand them a movement scarf to twirl with!
**Optionally hand your little one an instrument so they can play along!
